Know what happens before you connect X
You control the writing, approval, queue, and schedule. These answers explain what Solofy can access and what it will publish.
How is this different from asking ChatGPT for posts?
ChatGPT can draft text, but it does not manage your posting workflow. Solofy applies your saved persona and writing rules, creates several post options, keeps approved posts in a queue, and publishes them on your weekly schedule. You can edit or discard every draft before it reaches X.
Will it sound like AI wrote it?
Your persona tells Solofy how you write, including your tone, sentence style, and phrases to avoid. The default persona avoids common AI habits such as unnecessary hashtags, emojis, hype, and generic advice. You can change those rules and edit every draft before publishing.
Do I have to use the AI, or can I write my own posts?
You can write every post yourself. Free write gives you a blank editor where you can use a saved template, add an image or poll, and schedule the post exactly as written. AI help is optional. You can ask for a shorter or clearer rewrite only when you want one.
Does it post on its own, or do I approve first?
You approve first. Generated drafts are never published immediately. A post reaches X only after you review it and move it into the queue. The scheduler uses approved posts for your weekly slots and skips a slot when the queue is empty.
Which platforms does it support?
Solofy currently supports X only. It can publish text posts, threads, images, and polls to your connected X account.
Do I need a paid plan to use it?
No. Free has no trial clock and includes writing, generation, approval, queue, calendar, scheduling, and publishing. You get 25 generations a month, which can create up to 125 drafts. Plus adds much higher generation and publishing limits, unlimited threads and weekly slots, unlimited personas, templates and categories, web research, and full analytics.
What happens to my X account? Is it safe?
You connect through X's OAuth flow, so Solofy never receives your X password. You can disconnect the account from Settings. Solofy uses the connection to read the account's post-length limit and publish the posts and threads you approved.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record, so card details never touch Solofy's servers.
